We've started our long ride home. We have many hours of riding, sitting and flying, ahead of us. We r all ready to return to the 'ville, but sad to leave all our new friends behind. It has been an amazing trip, with ups and downs.one thing is for sure though we had an amazing week with God leading our steps. He taught us patience, trust, faith, love,........ And of course "HOPE"

"MY HOPE IS YOU" !!!!!

Well we've had another great day of ministry. Today we had the opportunity to all go out to the Reservations. What an amazing experience. We split up into teams and went to participate in 3 different church services. What a blessing, the Navajo are so warm and welcoming. We were able to sing and do dramas in service, have lunch with our new friends, play games, and then use the salvation braclets ( thanks to Brenda for making sure we had those, and to all the kids in Awanas who made them).

Well we're having our last worship service, and sharing with each other all the ways we saw God at work this past week. Next we'll be packing up, and getting ready to head home to all of you. thanks for being our backbone of support, and for the blogging and all the prayers. :)

Blessings to all ..........the TRIB3

We woke up ready to spend the last few hours with all our new Navejo friends, celebrating all of God's blessings. We worshipped together thanking God for his everlasting love. It was hard saying goodbye, but we know that the seeds God allowed us to plant will continue to grow.

Yesterday afternoon, after a little cleaning up we all packed into the vans and headed out to Sedona. We took lots of pictures and watched the sunset. God's creations are just breath taking. We did have a little harder time finding a place to eat. Sedona basically closes down @ 8pm. We had to split up so as to not overwhelm any one place :) imagine a group of 40+ walking into any one place, add that 30 of them r under 20 and hadn't had soda (or Pop as Bryan is convinced it is) in a week :) Better to introduce our group in small doses. Today we r headed out to the big hole in the ground, otherwise known as the Grand Canyon.

We still have one day of ministry planned. Tommorow am we will head out to 3 different reservation churches. So please remember to continue to keep us in your thoughts and prayers as we minister to those in the Navejo Nation.

Blessings......

So we r a day behind in writing home. Yesterday was a fun and hectic day of camp. We started off in the early am, and didn't stop until late last pm. During a power morning service the worship team performed the "everything" skit. It started the say off reminding us how much God loves us and fights off the evils of this world. During craft time we finished up our tye dye shirts by adding lots of creative drawings and then having the campers sign each others shirts :) For Rec we had the camoers participate in Archery, and the lower ropes course. The LR course had a mud pit, that several landed in. They didn't come out smelling or looking very pretty !!!!!!!
We've been blessed not only to see the campers develop their relationship with Christ, but also seeing each of our team teams grow in faith and maturity as Christians. Last night ended with a Bon Fire, roasting smores and decking out with glow sticks. It was an amazing time celebrating our week of camp. We've had an amazing week, and look forward to finishing strong....

Blessings :)

FYI.... So I got some help writing the blog tonight so it's not so lame ( thanks kathleen, BTW it's Karen managing the Blog :)
So today we started off with one of the tastest things we've eaten so far: croissants with eggs, sausage, and ham. YUM! After that we went to worship and did a little more singing and dancn'. We even had a skit where there was a frog, chicken, airplane and Pastor Wayne being a monkey. Figure y'all can use your imagination! Small groups were awesome and for crafts we made Duct tape creations. Very cool! For Rec we had a scavenger hunt /freeze tag game with "bonkers" running around with flour filled socks hitting people, and even our own team of nurses to rescue them! Sounds super fun, Right?! Evening worship was the real message of hope.... Excepting Christ as LORD. Bryan gave an amazing message that brought everyone listening to tears. We even had a monolouge about HOPE from Caitlyn. So today was all about HOPE and salvation through Christ. God is working in amazing ways...... We had two navejos recieve Christ one just as I've been writing. So God is faithful as always, his plans R perfect.

Thanks to all the prayers from the homefront... Your prayers are just as imporant as us standing here!!!!!

Day 2 of Camp........

We started the morning off with our morning walk up "the mountain" Bryan has been doing a wake up with God :)

We at this moment have 20 Navajo teens that we r sharing our lives with. It's amazing to hear their stories, and be able to share our stories of our mighty FATHER. Thank you all for the many prayers. They sustain us as we continue to seek God's will.

This afternoon we all stayed very busy. Some climbed the Rock wall, and others did some high ropes climbing and used the zip line! Super Fun ! For a special treat we all had a huge water battle as we tried to save "Wilson, the ball"

Our worship time has been amazing with songs, dramas, testimonies, and some good 'Ole dancin to gospel music. We'll write more soon. Continue to pray for our health, safety, and being the best examples of God's children.

Love to all.............................

We're sorry the technical difficulties with our posting Bryan's phone is acting silly :) we are all ready and just waiting for the Navajo teens to arrive. Please we need as many prayers as possible that we follow God's will and have faith that we do what God needs us to do here, even if we don't receive many campers!!! We'll write again soon. Keep the messages coming :) we love u all!!!!!

It is beautiful here in the morning. We have spent time in worship, prayer, and planning...and even learned a little Navajo...kind of.

Had delicious Navajo tacos last night using Navajo frybread.
